AutoCAD Drafter

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and talented AutoCAD Drafter to join our client's team. As an AutoCAD Drafter, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by creating accurate technical drawings and ensuring the smooth flow of design information.

• Utilize AutoCAD software to produce detailed and accurate drawings based on the specifications provided by engineers and designers
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to company, industry, and regulatory standards
• Review and revise drawings as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain drawing files and other project documentation in an organized manner
• Participate in design review meetings to provide input and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the drafting process

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in drafting or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with a minimum of [X] years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
• Solid understanding of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into detailed design drawings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Salary: $70K/yr - $110K/yr, salary negotiable
