Job Summary
As a signals intelligence (SIGINT) intelligence analyst, you use your technical experience and attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to provide actionable intelligence and context. You'll help to understand their operational landscape and mission environment. You'll gain an understanding of various collection platforms as you explore new data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You'll learn how to validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments for IC decision makers. You will become the authority on your targets so your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to define your expertise, develop new skills, and share your skills with other analysts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize intercepted messages and isolate valid intelligence
- Identifying the target and operational patterns
- Maintain analytical working aids and databases
- Assist in the emplacement, camouflage and recovery of surveillance systems
- Prepare technical and tactical intelligence reports
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with SIGINT operational environments, mission management, or collection management
- Experience with adapting to real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests
- Knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes
- Ability to analyze strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering a 24/7 mission
- An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and current investigation are required
- BA or BS degree desired
