Invoice Adjustment Coordinator

Review, validate and process Credit & Quality Tracker (CQT) requests for invoice corrections/adjustments. Works closely with business units, sales, customer and credit services to ensure all requests submitted through application are accurate, complete and meet the proper approval hierarchy. Issues credit memos, invoice rebills and completes journal entries as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily review, validation and processing of Credit and Quality Tracker (CQT) requests related to corrections/adjustments/disputes for customer invoices.
• Research and analyze inquiries related to invoicing errors via CQT system and group mailbox. Provides response and/or action to inquiries in accordance with service deliverables.
• Processes credit memos or journal entries in CQT system and accounting system (SAP)
• Submits customer rebate/refund check requests. Ensures credit memo support and/or other backup documentation is included and routed for approval before processing and distribution to customer.
• Process invoice corrections when required to expedite remittance from customers
• Process and distribute various CQT system reports used in monthly metric and KPI reporting
• Works with Invoice Adjustment Specialist to support new users during system integrations and other projects as needed.
• Prepares written resolution in response to dissatisfaction and/or negative feedback to sales representatives and Credit Services.
• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 year experience with invoice and/or billing adjustments
• General accounting skills/knowledge a plus
