Summary:
Looking for a highly- motivated and meticulous individual with excellent problem- solving and communication skills. This position will work closely with internal team members to ensure the work is meeting Service Level Agreements. Specifically during our Open Enrollment season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer materials, documents, and digital files for errors and resolve issues before releasing to manufacturing.
- Distribute finalized materials and prepare billing information for all charges incurred on the job.
- May evaluate digital proofs for color correctness and quality.
- Develops appropriate communication plans and strategies to ensure information is openly communicated.
- Supports in the creation of project specific quality documents (Ex. SOPs, Training Guides, SOWs)
- Other duties as assigned.
