Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, underwrite, and structure complex commercial real estate investments (including senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, common equity waterfalls) across RREAF Holdings various strategies.
RREAF Holdings strategies include Multifamily, Student Housing, Hospitality (Hotels and Outdoor Resorts), Master Plan Communities, and development.
Primary responsibilities include analysis and underwriting, property, market, and feasibility, and preparation of investment memoranda, among other areas.
Analysis of historical property operating data, cash flow pro-formas, and tax credit basis projections and sources and uses statements;
Participate and present to screening committees (deal team), investment committee, and executive leadership.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within RREAF Holdings and RREAF Holdings organizational structure.

Minimum of 4 years of related work experience underwriting commercial real estate projects
Strong fundamental knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and major property types including multifamily, hospitality, and development
Superior analytical, valuation and financial modeling skills, including high-proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated investment acumen, intellectual curiosity, and next level thinking
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills and strong executive presence
Strong communicator with superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-player who thrives in a collaborative and constructive work environment
