What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Coordinator position at RRFT Enterprise?
This role will support our Mid-Atlantic District Territory Director. The Coordinator's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Establish between 30-40 qualified reps to cover events across 7-8 states
- Always be in recruitment mode and development
- Assign reps for each event
- Create a quarterly schedule that can be emailed in advance to the reps so they can confirm dates and block their schedules
- Complete deposits to include assigned reps and packets for each event within 48 hours of completion
- Confirm event details with the host at least 72 hours but preferred 2 weeks before arrival of the event
- Forecast starting banks, hotel needs and rental van/truck needs with the TEAM IP headquarters in Stuart, Florida weekly
- Required to have a picture of each event setup that is taken by the rep and emailed to the VP of events and President of Team IP
- Manage and administrate all events in the MidAtlanticTerritory
- Work several events outside the territory to include Bowl Season
- Assign IPads for each event
- Conduct inventory counts twice a year - MidAtlantic Warehouse(s)
