We are currently seeking to add a Channel Letter/ Architectural Sign Fabricator to our team.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Fabricate various signage including channel letters, monument and cabinet signs, illuminated signage, etc.
• Be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of working without direct supervision.
• Must be thorough and accurate with strong attention to details.
• Ability to work individually and as a team member.
• Must have a high level of quality and care in their work.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Maintain, clean, and organize materials and yard storage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

Experience:

• 2 years channel letter fabrication.
• Experience with MIG welding procedures.
• Metal signage fabrication experience (including aluminum and steel).
• Experience with basic electrical LED wiring.
• Experience with saws, brakes, and other metal fabricating equipment.
• Able to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Bonus skills and experience:
Knowledge of Sign Industry manufacturing standards a plus.

Forklift Certification a plus.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to follow oral & written directions.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
OT and weekends may be required.

Must obtain own tools.

This position is an Evaluation Hire.

This is a full time, in-house position Monday – Thursday (10-hour shift) and is benefits eligible after a 90-day period.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
