What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Growth Intern position at RSM US LLP?
- Courageousness: Candidates will be required to do weekly case study analysis or capstone presentation to CMG executive leadership
- Critical Thinking: Candidates will be asked to analyze thought leadership on industry trends, CMG service line insights, and RSM global practice services
- Caring: Candidates will be asked to evaluate and analyze data on diversity trends, corporate social responsibility goals relative to the marketing and growth space
- Collaboration: Candidates will be asked to work from both an individual and group team format for assigned projects
- Curiosity: Candidates will be asked to seek deeper input into the subject matter presented and provide active feedback

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Economics or related concentratio
- Ability to learn or use online productivity software including WebEx, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of Apple and Windows-based software/hardware
- Travel to local office required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
- Executive presence with internal and external stakeholders; ability to influence others at all levels throughout the business, often without formal authority
- Ability to lead critical conversation and influence decisions; ability to uncover and drive alternative points of view across the organization, particularly with senior leaders
- Comfort working within a complex matrix organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques
- Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects
