Summer IT Intern - Identity & Access Mgmt Engineer

RSM is looking to bring on a fully virtualIdentity & Access Mgmt Engineer intern to work full time this summer and part time during the school year.

Essential Duties

• Support refinement of the IT solution development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Track, analyze, and report delivery metrics.
• Support our IT disciplines leaders to progress the maturity of the discipline.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Required: Incoming Junior or Senior in a Computer Science related degree field
• Certifications in Windows Azure, Okta and other IAM toolset highly regarded but not required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Basic understanding of security methodologies and controls.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to read and process documentation written by other team members to carry out administration tasks.
• Basic understanding of user directory admin tools.
• Basic understanding of ticket routing.

LEADERSHIP/SOFT SKILLS

• Demonstrates strong analytical, interpersonal and ownership skills.
• Ready to build, develop, and maintain team morale and rapport with other teams.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and rationalize into simple concepts and ideas and processes.
• Communicates findings and results related to the IAM program.
