R.S.M.C. Services, on behalf of our client, We are seeking two full-time Dentists and one full-time Mobile Dentist- General Dentist with Pediatric, to join our FQHC clinic in Crescent City, California. The clinic serves a predominantly Medicaid patient population, with approximately 80 to 90% of patients covered by Medicaid. The ideal candidates will have a passion for serving both adult and pediatric patients in a community health setting.
Location: Crescent City, CA and Fortuna, CA
Position: Dentist (FTE) and Mobile Dentist (FTE)
Patient Demographics: 80-90% Medicaid, 50/50 adults and kids
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including but not limited to exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Guaranteed Based on years of experience
- Sign-on bonus: $15k sign-on bonus and $25k relocation assistance.
- Generous PTO: 15 days, plus 5 education days/year and 9 paid holiday
- Loan Repayment: Up to $400k over 5 years.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in California.
- DEA registration.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to underserved populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
