Supervision of the monthly closing and preparation of an executive summary to be submitted to the Project Manager and Executive Team.
Preparation of the forecast for the next 6 and 12 month billing cycle, including revenue, cost, and cash-flow projections.
Preparation and analysis of the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly cost report, weekly reports, LDR, payroll, labor report, summary report, and weekly quantities.
Preparation of weekly cost trend charts.
Preparation of subcontractor payment requisitions and monthly reporting to project owner.
Preparation of payment report to be submitted to the owner at the end of each month.
Review of MWDBE and SBE payments and owner reporting requirements.
Supervision of subcontractors and service agreements, purchase orders and change orders, contract modifications, and estimation of billing-payments and cost impact to the project.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a financial background or education
2-3 years’ experience in cost control/engineering in highway, bridge, rail, and tunnel construction.
