ABOUT RTEC TREECARE
RTEC Treecare is an environmental solutions company based in the DC Metropolitan area. We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's client support policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to clients.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talks to customers over the phone and via e-mail to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintains and updates customer information in our CRM, as necessary
- Tracks call-related information in our CRM
- Upsells additional services to customers as necessary
- Enters data, generates reports, creates proposals and work orders
- Other tasks, as needed by the team

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
