Master’s-level Public Health Analyst - Child and Adolescent Research and Evaluations Program

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience (Spring 2022 graduates will be considered); Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience, especially in project management and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Public Health or a related field and an interest in child and adolescent health and wellbeing.

• Background in adolescent and youth health and health promotion, adolescent pregnancy prevention, adolescent sexual health, or a related health promotion field.

• Demonstrated experience with and interest in designing and developing digital products, campaigns and/or interventions, including the use of content marketing and social media advertising.

• Experience with management and content development tools (e.g., video or infographic tools).

• Familiarity or experience with online content creation software (e.g., Canva, Snappa, Animoto, etc.) or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with translating research into user-friendly products.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

• Approaches situations with a growth mindset.

• Ability to work on diverse teams and with diverse populations.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience conducting influencer marketing and pitching and leveraging/negotiating media opportunities.

• Experience coordinating with web developers working in Drupal.

• Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting web and social media metrics.

• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including graphic designers, software engineers, and product managers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide a writing sample or other example of dissemination material, if requested.

• Multicultural or bilingual communication skills a plus.
