RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contributes to fresh graft and meniscus order fulfillment process including receipt of patient films, flow through plant, order shipment, and case follow up
- Supports the Company’s patient-matched Cartilage Program including the use of the measurement tool the Pollard Technique’ with a high level of accuracy to precision match meniscus allografts to fulfill our clinical responsibility to the patient and surgeon
- Clearly and concisely liaisons with agency field sales personnel, surgeons, and their staff to manage expectations of timing and graft availability as a professional representative of the Company
- Notifies stakeholders of receipt of films, takes measurements, enters orders, tracks and offers grafts, and releases orders
- Completes graft offer process including surgeon acknowledgement and measurement acknowledgement documentation
- Updates order queue for all fresh graft and meniscus requests
- Ensures instrumentation kit logistics coordination specifically related to shipment and case scheduling
- Updates reports and provides data on distribution patterns and trending
- Participates in the continuous improvement process for the program
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience :
0-3 years of experience in x-ray technology, human tissue processing / inspection, OR technician, radiology, medical liaisoning, nursing, or another relevant area
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements
Skills :
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel
- External inventory management software

- Problem-solving methodologies
- Computer competent with database and statistical reporting
Certification :
- AATB CTBS preferred
- Certified Radiologic Technologist preferred

Physical Requirements :
- Frequent (>
75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays
Frequent (>
75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
Work Environment :
