Our diverse, energetic and collaborative Global Supply Chain Management team offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic growth oriented International environment on the International Integrated Supplier Team supporting multiple programs. You will foster relationships with your supplier(s) and subcontractors in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models. You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts.

Responsibilities to anticipate:
Supporting Integrated Supply Chain activities to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner to include supplier financial, quality, technical, programmatic, and schedule performance
Supporting planning, execution and reporting of material budgets, sales and EAC inputs
Developing and executing a material/subcontract strategy
Supporting development and execution of risk and opportunity management plans, including Raytheon Core six sigma activities
Supporting leadership reviews
Preparation and issuance of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Perform cost analysis techniques in support of proposals
Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, and Ts and Cs)
Place subcontracts/purchase orders of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements
Nurture professional relationships with first tier subcontractors
Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and process improvements (Technical and Quality) in support of flawless supplier execution for programs
This position will require international travel including the Middle East and Europe. Anticipated travel up to 25%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Previous subcontract management experience international or domestic
8 years' relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role
Bachelor's degree
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
Bachelor's or Masters' degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or STEM related fields
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS/DFARS)
Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost plus, Firm Fixed Price, etc.)
Analysis of Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
Experience working with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
SAP based environment experience
Use of Microsoft Products; SAP; on-line PO documentation tools; Supplier Management tools; and knowledge of the Supply Chain processes and metrics
Raytheon SCM Certification
