Rubber Supply Company is a Distributor of parts for Construction equipment including Mini Excavators, Crawler Loaders and Skid Steer loaders using rubber tracks.
Our products include :
- Rubber Tracks , for Excavators, Compact Loaders and Crawler Carriers, ranging in size from 180 MM to 850 MM (7 to 33 ).
- Undercarriage Components including Sprockets, Front and Rear Idlers, Carrier Rollers and Track Rollers.
- Solid Skid Steer and Loader Tires.
- Final Drive Motors
This is an ON-SITE job ONLY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operation. This includes shipping, inventory, delivery.
Compensation includes Medical / Vision / Dental insurance.
Salary minimum 40K to 55K depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring and training of new employees
- Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered
- Conducts physical inventory
- Monitors and completes order fulfilment
- Replenishes stock and inventory as needed
- Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse

- Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices
- Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed

- Resolves routine equipment issues
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
- Bilingual a plus
