Job Summary
The Litigation Technology Support Specialist role works side-by-side with attorneys in the Litigation Department by assisting in all trial preparation technology demands.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist litigation attorney(s) with the preparation of evidence for trial and mediation
- Provide technical support to attorneys and litigation assistants throughout the life of the case(s)
- Create graphics, demonstratives, and multimedia presentations
- Transport and set up courtroom equipment
- Additional administrative duties will be assigned as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be goal oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Highly experienced with various video formats, graphic software, PowerPoint, Trial Director, and TrialPad.
- Able to travel to various cities throughout Florida or other areas.
- Great attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.
