Job Summary
Our Pre- Litigation Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of a personal injury case (up to the filing of a complaint) including, but not limited to:
- Supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members
- Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case
- Providing guidance and counsel to clients
- Medical case review
- Research and legal analysis
- Negotiating and authorizing settlements in the pre-litigation stage
Qualifications and Skills
- A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
- At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
- Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
- The ability to handle a large and active caseload
- Prioritization of client representation and customer service
- Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills
- Success providing direction and guidance to your team
- Formidable negotiation skills
