Job Description:
Rubrik is looking for Renewal Specialist for afternoon/ Evening positions to help manage the fast-growing global customer
base. As a Renewal specialist, you will manage a portfolio of renewals primarily in US and EMEA regions ensuring
successful, on-time, execution of renewals processes and contracts.
As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure successful and on-time renewals for the account prior to the
contract end date and executing all renewal back-end work in a timely manner for global customer base. To be successful
in this role requires excellent communication, coordination with cross-functional teams such as, Account Executives, Legal,
Customer Success, Accounting and others. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a working knowledge of cloud
technology, has already been in a SaaS renewal role in the past.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate and facilitate quotes necessary for Subscription Advantage, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance,
and Enterprise-level Support contracts sales opportunities
Review, validate and provide accurate quotes to partners 120 days in advance of contract renewal date
Proactively identify customer issues, coordinate internally for timely resolution and ensure maximum retention by
managing strong relationship.
Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
Thorough understanding of SaaS/subscription-based renewals models and application
Confirm delivery of quote to partners/end customer and facilitate the order Processing and approval of Purchase
orders
Promotes value proposition of upgrades (up-sell/cross-sell opportunities) and renewals to maximize return on Rubrik’s
products and solutions
Pro-actively identify customer needs and refer to Account Manager for follow-up.
Consult with partner and customer to resolve any questions or challenges while leveraging the Account Manager and
other internal teams as needed.
Follow-up as required to manage process through booking of renewal.
Team with the Account Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
5 years of experience in renewals/SaaS renewal roles
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment over
multiple engagements.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Excellent time management skills.
