A Day in the Life of a Ruby ABA Behavior Technician:
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Monitor and document client responses to interventions
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma
Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
While prior experience is not required, a passion for positively impacting a child's life is essential.
Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Required to perform fine and gross motor activities, such as bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods.
