A Day in the Life of a Ruby ABA Lead RBT:
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Train and mentor other Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in effective therapy techniques and interventions.
- Assist with conducting assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document client responses to interventions.
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification
- A High School Diploma
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- While prior experience is not required, a passion for positively impacting a child's life is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Required to perform fine and gross motor activities, such as bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods.
