Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trendsPartner with managers to execute, uphold, and maintain all visual standards Execute and install window presentations and in-store displaysQualificationsExperienceExperience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends and stylesA high level of accuracy and attention to detailThe ability to use ladders, box knives, and other miscellaneous toolsSchedule and hours would be based on floor-set execution and business needsMinimum of 18 years of age requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStand for up to 8 hoursCarry up to 40 poundsClimb and balance on laddersBend at the waistLift up to 40 poundsKneel and squat on the groundReach above the shoulder frequentlyWORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTSSchedule and hours would be based on floor-set execution and business needsAbility to increase hours which may include weekends, holidays and/or overnightsAdditional InformationWE OFFERCasual Dress CodeMerchandise DiscountGreat Work Culture
