Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order processing operations and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customer orders.

**Responsibilities:**

• Manage and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Utilize databases to track orders and update order status
• Perform data entry tasks to input customer information and order details
• Generate reports using Excel and pivot tables to analyze order trends
• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and customer details
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
• Assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts and delays
  
  

**Requirements:**

• Proficiency in basic math skills for order calculations
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel for data analysis
• Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
• Excellent typing speed for data entry tasks
• Experience in data collection, transcription, and office tasks
• Familiarity with databases for order tracking and management
