Job Posting for Quality Auditor at Ruiz Food Product, Inc.

  • Audits/enforces GMP’s, SSOP’s, TQC, HACCP and USDA requirements.
  • Knowledge of HACCP SOP requirements and make decision based on set procedures.
  • Perform AS400 computer transactions
  • Write shift summaries and weekly reports as necessary.
  • Identify potential food safety issues and involve the proper documentation, product quality, and food safety.
  • Identify non-conforming products.
  • Audit product for export.
  • Assist in coaching/training of team members for proper documentation, product quality, and food safety.
  • Coordinate a sampling plan for products on hold.
  • Record, identify, and calibrate thermometers.
  • Perform Pre-Op, Swabbing, and other duties as required.
