We are seeking to add a key position to our Cash Offer team to support this rapid growth...a detail oriented Documentation Specialist .
This position will work on-site at our headquarters in Irving, TX.

As a Documentation Specialist , you will take on the challenge of processing motorcycle purchases, while maintaining compliance with our policies and delighting our customers.
In this position, you will process legal vehicle contracts efficiently in a fast-paced environment in order to get our customers funded and keep our accounting and acquisitions departments flowing.
- Creating and sending documents to customers and banks
- Cross checking Titles for any discrepancies
- Entering transaction details into our system for all motorcycle purchases
- Communicating via phone and / or email with guests to resolve documentation issues on transaction files.
- Preparing and reviewing all customer documents for accuracy and completedness
- Follow up with banks as necessary and obtain payoffs
- Work closely with business office, sales department, and appraisal / acquisition team
- Interact with our guests via telephone, chat, text, and email. Majority of this is outbound to touch base on our guest who sold us their motorcycle / vehicle and we need to collect final documents from to complete the deal.
- Educate yourself on our products, inventory, process, and policies so that you can properly guide guests through our process of purchasing their vehicle seamlessly.
- Work with team members to problem solve, if necessary, in order to efficiently address a guest’s needs.
- Answer questions, provide information, and guide customers through the process of selling their motorcycle or vehicle to us.
Requirements
- Finance or accounting background a plus!
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting, business office, or title processing role where you processed legal documents.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, either face to face or on the phone.
- Must be able to read a NVITIS report to identify any superseding titles or tmu discrepancies.
- All applicants must have flexibility with their working schedule to be considered. All Doc Specialists work 5 days per week, including some weekends.
- Exceptional customer service / communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
- Extremely Detailed Oriented, Organized, Lover of Multi-Tasking, and Accuracy in work
- Computer Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and google docs and ability to learn new systems easily.
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Persistently Patient with a can do attitude
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
BONUS SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (Not Required, But highly desirable) :
Bi-lingual is a plus!
