With deep roots in video production and motion design, RUN Studios creates media across all channels, and serves as a strategic resourcing partner to build robust, agile, and inspired creative teams.

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Operations and Resource Manager to join on an approximate three-month contract!

Our client is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented operations specialist to support the continued growth of their organization. We are seeking a data-driven, organized, and passionate individual who can dive deep to improve process efficiency and solve problems for stakeholders. You will work cross functionally, engaging with Project Managers, Marketing Managers, and Creatives daily. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and facilitate and improve processes.

As an Operations and Resource Manager, You Will

* Responsible for project intake, resource management, and air traffic control, ensuring all creative projects and work from key internal/external stakeholders flows efficiently to creative and production departments
* Help develop and iterate a more robust resourcing/traffic program and the related mechanisms to enable our teams to scale with the business
* Maintain operational systems, workflows, and documentation, including marketing team org chart, creative/ops office hours, and Wiki (informational hub) updates
* Prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks across many concurrent projects, while maintaining a balanced workload for them and the team
* Coordinate recurring operational meetings in support of team planning and organization
* Facilitate seamless onboarding between for new temp and contract hires, ensuring operational and relevant team materials are provided and understood
* Develop rock-solid understanding of the content team's output, project timelines, and required talent for digital, social and traditional media deliverables

As an Applicant, You Bring

* 5 years professional experience in an operations or administrative role in a marketing or similar environment
* 5 years working with cross-functional teams
* Experience planning, owning, and executing small to medium sized projects or initiatives
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify opportunities
* Experience in resource or project management working at a creative agency or similar
* Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests and maintain a high level of responsiveness
* Exceptional communication skills
* Deep understanding of marketing and creative workflows from ideation through to production
* Experience with Excel and other project management/resourcing tools
