The Production Coordinator serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfill tasks for backend support to the Producer team, as well as occasional client-facing requests.
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is a detail-oriented and dedicated team player. If you are interested in growing your project management skills in a fast-paced setting with a fun, supportive, agile, and prolific producer team, this is the job for you!
This will be a 3-month contract position to start.
As a Production Coordinator, You Will
- Manage, track and triage new project requests and existing projects.
- Manage internal scheduling of team and resources.
- Secure crew availability by collaborating with the Human Resources team and resources, including managing scheduling, booking agreements, and troubleshooting timecards.
- Assisting Associate Producers in pre-production tasks, updating internal project tracking records/forms, and maintaining call sheets for resources.
- Effectively managing multiple email accounts, inboxes, and calendars.
- Capturing comprehensive meeting minutes during various meetings as required.
- Engaging with the larger team to devise strategies for refining processes, documenting internal procedures, and providing training as needed.
- Providing production support for Deck operations, ASL Manager/operator roles, and on-location assistance as required.
- Chairing weekly team status meetings to facilitate coordination and communication.
- Monitor billing milestone document and flag past due or missing information and mission projects.
As an Applicant, You Bring

Compensation
Pay Range: $24.00 – $34.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be between $24.00 - $26.00/hour and will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
