Runwise is looking for a (PART-TIME) Bookkeeper who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and focused on business growth opportunities.

As a Bookkeeper at Runwise, you’ll join a high-performing and growing finance team, and be directly responsible for the execution of our accounts payable, payroll, and cash reconciliation processes. We’re looking to add an experienced self-starter who is hyper-detail-oriented and organized. You’ll work closely with our Controller and CFO to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial record keeping, and collaborate cross-functionally with our partners in HR and Operations to execute and improve various processes and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable - Diligently execute all accounts payable processes including invoice receipt, verification, entry and processing. Monitor group inbox and independently maintain an accurate and up to date AP ledger. Provide weekly AP reporting to the executive team for payment approval and processing. Manage vendor relationships, vendor onboarding, and maintain supporting vendor documentation.
- Payroll - Process weekly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll for all employees, working closely with our Controller, HR department, and payroll processing vendor to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on-time each week.
- Cash Reconciliation: Manage and maintain accurate cash account records at all times. Monitor bank activity, post cash receipts, flag suspicious activity, and execute weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Accounting Operations: Assist in the execution of various other accounting operations including credit card expense management, employee expense reimbursement, etc.
Who you are:
- 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with various accounting softwares and robust ERP systems
- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
