- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for extended periods of time

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Complete Transactions for Sale/Buying of Product
- Processing Trade in Product to make available for sale
- Assist Customers in making selections that meet their needs
- General tasks as related to the operation of the store
- Other duties may be assigned as the business dictates from time

- Vinyl Records, DVDs and Blu-ray Movies and Boxsets
- Phone and hardware repair
Experience
- 1 or more years of retail experience a plus
- 2 or more years of customer service experience a plus
- Sales/ Customer Service
- Track record of success in retail environment
- Fast paced work environment
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent preferred
