You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $100,000
Responsibilities:- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- 1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have an active Real Estate License/or be currently in school in the process of getting licensed
- A learning and growth mindset
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
