Position Summary: Responsible to examine and evaluate reporting requirements for various business units across the organization. Use proven knowledge of specialized reporting tools to develop reporting structures as required.  Responsible for proactively generating and compiling reports based on findings, complete with recommended improvements to – or new requirements for – business processes, operational procedures, and their corresponding reporting structures.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree level of education in Clinical or Computer Science degree preferred
  • 2-3 years Epic reporting experience (Clarity or Caboodle) required
  • Current Epic certification in one of the following data models: Cogito Clinical Data Model, Cogito Revenue Data Model, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model
  • Proven intermediate level proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures against Clarity and/or Caboodle databases
  • Proven experience with reporting tools, including Epic Reporting Workbench reports and data extracts, Crystal Reports (preferred), and MS SSRS
  • Working knowledge of Epic analytical tools, including SlicerDicer filters/sessions, Radar dashboards/components, and custom SQL metrics.
  • Experience planning and organizing day-to-day activities, effectively managing more than one task, and meeting established deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, and possessing strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully remote work possible for qualified candidates.
