Responsibilities 

• Vehicle stocking/recording duties 

• Posting journal entries 

• Spot and correct accounting errors 

• Post wholesale purchases and Auction sales 

• Data Entry 

• Work closely with Individual Buyers and Management Teams 

• Prepare and submit payment for pay-offs to various banking institutions  

• Cut checks for Vehicle Purchases 

Qualifications

Requirements 

• Accounting experience and/or education REQUIRED 

• Automotive with CDK experience preferred 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Solid organizational and multitasking skills 

• An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills 

• Confident working with Excel and Microsoft Office 

• Strong problem-solving skills 

• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting 

• Ability to work in person in Menomonee Falls
