Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Seeking managing experience in healthcare construction projects
- Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Must have at least 5 years of experience managing CRM construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successfully managing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- A 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience with projects of at least $10 million
- 5 years direct experience in healthcare construction, will also look at ground up schools and commercial projects
- A desire to do things right the first time
- Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
- Understanding of shop drawings
- Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
- EI, PE, or industry certifications are highly desired
Salary Range: $90-120K
