We are opening a new location in Providence, RI. As our Restaurant General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting journey, leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and unforgettable moments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspiring and motivating our team to deliver exceptional service with a smile
• Implementing creative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
• Cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes guests and team members feel right at home
• Thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions to challenges
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers
• Ensuring operational excellence and upholding our high standards of quality and cleanliness

What do you bring to the table? Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality! You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead by example. The right candidate will have at least 3-5 years of restaurant experience and has proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
