Russell Tobin and Associates/Pride Global is currently seeking a Financial Analyst Beaverton, OR 97005 (Friday WFH). This is a 3 month contract position that could be extended for the right candidate.
Position: Financial Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 (Friday WFH)
Duration: 3 months, with possible extension
Pay rate: $33.00-35.00/hr on W2
JOB SUMMARY:
Key job responsibilities (Duties):
- Ensure trade terms are accurately maintained and will be looked to as a subject matter expert from a variety of partners.
- Maintain all aspects of trade terms (discounts and payment terms) in SAP and JBA, execute annual partner terms reviews, coordinate credit memo execution and tracking, process supplemental/manual override discount requests, and manage special projects.
- Monitor and respond to daily email inbox inquiries, retain documentation for audit purposes and respond to audit inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations is required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever (bookings), and MMX experience preferred
- Team player: able to thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Communicate effectively in a variety of settings & audiences
- Bachelor's degree required or 4 years experience in lieu of and a high school diploma)
