Position: Merchandising Strategy Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Duration: 6 months (TEMP TO PERM)

Pay rate: $30.00-32.00/hr on W2

Job Details:

• We are looking for a Product Strategy Coordinator that will support the Strategy Managers in all aspects of the strategy and development process.
• Preferred experience in either of these categories of fashion industry/product management/product development/accessories/merchandising/business development
• Upkeep of product catalogs
• Technical line sheet for license
• General upkeep of PLM data integrity
• Collection training tools
• Support on all product development milestones
• Reporting, pull information from data systems (including monthly reports)
• Upper management report preparation (requires high level of accuracy)
• Product reviews
• Competitive market deep dives
• Ad-hoc analysis, assist with new material development
• Assist organizing samples
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of the material libraries
• Preparation for meetings (IE: placing sketches on boards, preparing color forms, preparing prototype kick-off forms, printing materials for meetings)

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S/B.A. degree in Merchandising management and/or Product Development
• 3 years’ experience work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft (specifically Excel and PPT)
• Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis
