Training Department Coordinator

For nearly two decades, RSM students have consistently achieved remarkable scores on standardized tests and in national and international math competitions, although attaining top test scores is just one of the benefits of our program. RSM helps students of all levels become more confident in math and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining timelines and schedules for Training Department tasks and products
- Coordinating participants registration in the training programs and workshops
- Assisting with updating Training website and Google Classrooms
- Scheduling classes, meetings, organizing PD workshops and travel
- Assisting with administration of surveys and other data collection
- Organization of video recording and storage of video files
- Help with special projects as assigned and needed.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and motivated, ability to multi-task and prioritize in dynamic, fast paced environment
- Attention to details
- College degree
- Quick learner with good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong skills in MS Word, Google docs and forms, and Excel
- Experience with Google Classrooms, Google drive, Google calendar, zoom
- Experience with Canvas or other LMS, website or video editing would be helpful
- Interest in teaching and experience with RSM office very helpful
