Great local company based in Brimfield, Ohio (with easy access to the highway) looking to expand their afternoon shift!
Specifically our client provides ASME and AWS certified welding, complete metal forming and fabrication, boilers and pressure vessels, oversized capacity machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Shift available: Monday - Thursday 415PM - 345AM
Pay: $16 - 20 per hour (based on experience) with some overtime available
Job Description / Requirements:
- Prepare, prime and paint weldments and misc. parts per customer specifications.
- Understand paint, catalyst and thinner mixing ratios.
- Have the ability to spray high quality paint finishes using conventional, HVLP and airless spray equipment.
- Move parts using overhead crane and fork truck.
- Understand paint, catalyst and thinner mixing ratios.
- Experience with catalyzed epoxies, urethanes, zinc and alkyd coatings.
- Maintain and report all HAP usage (environmental spreadsheet.)
- Perform, blast profile, DFT, Gloss readings and adhesive test inspections.
- Report environmental conditions and fill out inspection forms where applicable.
- Mark completed parts with job number and sign off job folders.
- Perform periodic maintenance and safety inspections as needed.
