The Euclid Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for an Admixture Product Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing product ranges of the admixture products business including product lifecycle management, product positioning, value propositions, competitive activity, pricing, forecasting and channel marketing. They will also have the opportunity to oversee market research and collaborate with the laboratory on new product development projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage dedicated admixture product lines; monitor & control the product life cycle within the dedicated product range; create, implement, optimize & delete product concepts.
- Develop and implement product strategies & roadmaps, in order that the brand impact, revenues and profitability can be maximized throughout the product life cycle.
- Execute marketing functions including category management, competitive analysis, product promotion/introduction/rationalization, and market analysis.
- Develop marketing plans inside/outside of traditional market segments.
- Develop training programs and provide training to organization.
- Extensive interaction with other product managers, sales forces, communication, customer service, business development, national accounts, R&D, and operations group.
- Explore and define in collaboration with R&D innovation areas within product range. Lead the development of both product development and marketing strategies with complete plans for effective execution - guide new product development priorities.
- Responsibility for a sustainable gross margin strategy in admixture products for on plan delivery of sales and business unit contribution.
- Deliver an excellent front line telephone service and support (technical Admixture phone calls).
- Support/collaborate within next generation of sales tools; formats include paper-based, web-based materials, and/or electronic tools.
- Active participate within companies product system approach: “Composite Concrete Strategy”.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and experience; technical or engineering undergraduate studies
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- SAP knowledge or acumen to learn
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel
- Self-starter and able to work with basic supervision
- Multi-language capabilities a plus but not required
