Receptionist for our Collision Center is responsible for answering a multi-line phone and greeting customer’s in a professional manner.
· Answering Collision Center Main Line (Multiline Phone System)
· Greeting Customers
· Assisting Accounting Office with Tasks
· Transferring internal/external calls to the appropriate department
· Process Daily Deposits
· Tracking Accounts Receivables
· Filling Estimators Customer Packets
· Processing Final Delivery Paperwork
· Processing PO’s for Daily Invoices
· Scanning All File Documents for Each Repair Order
· Assisting Collision Center Department Manager
· Other Tasks May Be Assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have at least 1 – 2 years of receptionist experience
· Great phone etiquette
· Professional appearance
· Reliable and good work ethic
· Team Player
