Camping Advisor
Your experience and professional ability to provide equipment parts solutions to a heavy traffic of call in/walk in/email parts business, is your opportunity for success. The ideal candidate will possess one plus years of successful parts sales and/or industry experience. This customer-service oriented individual will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying necessary parts, conducting research for accuracy and availability, placing orders, expediting back orders, shipping/receiving and all other necessary duties involved in the efficient operation of a successful parts department. Must be available to work weekends/holidays.
Job Responsibilities
Upsell customers at time of purchase of RV
Provide show through of RV on how all systems and componets work.
Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Perform ongoing sales floor parts inventory
Attend weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation
Compensation is hourly, plus commission.
