Store Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using retail math skills
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with private events or bike sales/service is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
