The Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing RWC's service operations in a timely, economical, safe, and professional manner, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. This includes managing and developing the service staff, resolving customer complaints, ordering and dispensing parts and equipment for scheduled jobs, instructing technicians on the proper use of materials, quality workmanship, and diagnostics, evaluating and providing on-the-job training to employees, overseeing company-owned equipment and maintenance, and coordinating with the install department when needed. The manager also generates reports and measures departmental operations and records all inventory, tools, and vehicles, reviewing reports with management and advising account managers on invoices they have questions on.
