Job SummaryThey will be responsible for daily data entry and donor profiling which supports the cultivation and stewardship of donors by effectively managing and analyzing donor data. This position is the donor database power user and in-house expert with a special emphasis on extracting information, maintaining constituent records, and maximizing use of data to increase donor giving and enhance stewardship. This position will also play a role in assisting with fundraising events and coordinating tasks performed by office volunteers. Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and occasional travel are necessary. Reports to the Director of Development Operations at the Children s Specialized Hospital Foundation. |
Essential Job Functions

Formal Education and Job-Related ExperienceBachelor s degree or equivalent experienceAt least 3 5 years professional work experience in relevant field Proficient in development, research and prospect management practice Track record of utilizing data analytics in a CRM Strong research, technical, analytical, critical-thinking and relational-intuitive skills Competence in synthesizing and compiling large amounts of data from diverse sources Knowledge of capacity rating systems and demonstrated experience providing capacity estimates Working knowledge and understanding of fundraising and donor relations concepts, principles, and techniques A commitment to providing quality stewardship to all constituents, and the ability to develop positive working relationship with staff, volunteers, board members, donors, and community representatives. Reliability, responsiveness, and courtesy in all team and donor interactions Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity, integrity, and accuracy. Ability to think creatively and analytically to develop and improve systems, processes, and procedures. |
