Job Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic risk management leader who can interface with quality leadership and legal counsel. A strong candidate would be well versed in regulatory compliance and high reliability principles. coordinating Agreements with the Hospital and Corporate. Provide guidance and investigation in Guardianship matters. Coordinate with insurance carrier to obtaining certificates of insurance as needed. Respond to and investigate inquiries from Federal and State governmental agencies. Complete renewal on automobile policies annually. Respond to subpoenas propounded on hospital. Coordinate notification and follow-up on Device Recall Alerts. Provide Risk Management educational training to Hospital staff/employed/ independent practitioners as part of the Hospitals orientation process deemed appropriate for risk management. Administration of tracking documentation addressing subpoenas, medical malpractice and other litigation claims and lost and personal belongings, including reimbursement for such items.
