Manages, creates, and maintains content (text and multimedia) for web pages, support articles, email templates and web applications via Content Management Systems. Is able to act as Content Lead's deputy. Is able to communicate the needs for content management with various stakeholders external and internal.
About The Strategic Solutions Group (SSG)
The Strategic Solutions Group, part of RWS's Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SSG works closely with RWS's Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS's proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs content engineering tasks on projects with required quality and within set time.
- Ensures all corresponding instructions are followed.
- Tracks all work according to instructions.
- Shares information and knowledge with other team members
- Owns technical expertise related to the project
- Suggests process changes.
- Participates in internal tools development
Skills & Experience
- Any experience in web development or Content Management Systems is valued
- English: Intermediate B1
- Has good technical expertise and participates in internal tools development.
