Position Overview

The Return Authorization clerk will create return authorizations (RA) using multiple programs, while maintaining high level of accuracy.

  • Create Return Authorizations in reverse distributors' programs
  • Enter RA information into our Admin Portal
  • Using web based program, ensuring that information for RA is correct based off of packing slips
  • Must be able to recognize spelling errors
  • Maintain Excel Spreadsheets and work with Adobe Acrobat
  • Report directly to Policy & Authorization Administrator

Requirements

  • Be a team player

  • Experience with Microsoft Suites & Adobe Acrobat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
