Rx Savings Solutions currently has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team! The PM is responsible for coordinating requirements and prioritization of requests for all clients post-launch across engineering teams. Candidates must have solid relationship management skills to successfully lead stakeholders to deliver on promise to our clients. The PM will be responsible for managing concurrent high visibility projects across multiple engineering teams using Agile methods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Define priorities and timelines for engineering teams. Work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager and Product Owner to determine requirements and resourcing. Report out to Operations and Client Success prioritization status and timeframe for completion. Manage risks and issues.
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
- Support the Engineering Manager and Product Owner in managing client (internal or external) expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Identify and lead initiatives around areas of improvement for the teams
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Information Systems or equivalent experience is required
- 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex software product or app projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
- 2 years of professional experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level application development projects
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with frequent interruptions and occasional crisis situations
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating using Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft Office suite of products
