As the Analyst, Logistics, you will be responsible for developing actionable analyses to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations. If you’re ready to embrace a new challenge with a dynamic global company, we have an opportunity for you to grow with RXO.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Audit warehouse bills and interpret tariffs and contracts
- Document warehouse invoice audit processes
- Utilize analytical tools and knowledge to analyze data sets, interpret, and report findings to management and customers
- Ensure issues are addressed immediately and that appropriate parties are informed of resolutions
- Maintain the highest level of customer service by adhering to established processes
- Increase industry and company knowledge by taking advantage of opportunities to learn new skills and information
- Investigate any procedural errors in the warehouse audit and pay process and develop improvement plans
- Facilitate and improve the efficiency of the routing of warehouse bills and billing cycle time
What you need to succeed at RXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics
It’d be great if you also have:
- 3 years of related experience in transportation operations
- Knowledge of software like Oracle Transportation Management
- Involvement operations execution environment
- Extensive experience of verbal and written communication to executive leadership
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Experience developing and executing strategic and process improvement initiatives
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Availability to Travel as Required
