Position Summary:
RxSense seeks a Digital Marketing Manager who supports the Marketing department both administratively and creatively in executing winning B2B strategies. Activities range from coordination, planning, research, communication flow, follow-up and analytics to collaborating on the concept, creation, and execution of a wide variety of marketing content development for digital, print, promotional events and/or integrated campaigns.
This position will work with a small marketing team acting as an in-house B2B Agency under the direction of the Director of Marketing in an employee-driven company making strides in the healthcare technology industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Work with cross functional teams to conceive, execute and monitor the success of communication strategies designed to educate target audiences, grow brand awareness, and establish thought leadership.
- Help grow social media presence and manage digital advertising, while contributing to content planning and execution.
- Support internal clients such as Business Development, Client Success, Implementation, Product teams.
- Support outbound email strategy, planning and execution.
- Maintain, provide regular project statuses; organize and maintain shared drives.
- Assist with requirements gathering, content development (including writing, graphic production, etc), proofing and deployment of deliverables working with Adobe, Google workspace, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
- Maintain monthly reporting and analytics, as well as analysis including interpreting results, suggesting ways to adjust tactics for increasingly better results.
- Assist with tradeshow and event coordination including logistics, shipping, registrations, reservations, meeting schedules and purchases.
- Familiarity with lead gen techniques and tools

Education and Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a communications or marketing department / agency.
- Excellent proofing and communication skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use / understand your way around basic business software tools such as email, calendars, etc.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
- Comfortable learning new software independently and at speed.
Computer Skills:
Google Suite (G-Docs, -Sheets, -Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Comfortable with social media as well as email marketing platforms, Google analytics, and their reporting. Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Adobe Acrobat), HTML, Wix, Jotform. Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM software), as well as project management concepts and tools such as Smartsheets, Microsoft Project.
